Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your KyaKhana account and its data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the KyaKhana app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email kyakhana.official@gmail.com from your registered email, or include the mobile number linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my KyaKhana account". We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, family size, food preference, language, notification setting)
• Your mobile number / sign-in identity
• Your meal plans, favourites, saved suggestions and preferences

What we may keep

Anonymous, non-personal data such as general dish catalogue entries. Routine server backups that may briefly contain your data are overwritten within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
