By downloading or using KyaKhana (the "app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About the service
KyaKhana helps you decide "aaj kya khana?" with AI-generated meal suggestions, weekly planning, recipes, grocery lists and a chat assistant called ChefBhai.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number (OTP) or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must provide a mobile number you own.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or overload it, or access it by automated means.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to submit harmful or abusive content.
4. AI-generated content and dietary information
Meal suggestions, recipes, calorie figures and answers from ChefBhai are generated with the help of AI and are provided for general information only. They may contain errors. They are not medical or nutritional advice. Please check ingredients yourself if you have allergies, medical conditions or dietary restrictions, and consult a qualified professional where needed.
5. Content and intellectual property
The KyaKhana name, logo, design and software belong to us. Recipes and dish information are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or redistribute them at scale.
6. Availability
We try to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
7. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyaKhana is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its suggestions.
9. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
